The mission of the Giddings Police Department is, in partnership with the community, to uphold the Constitution of the United States, enforce Federal, State, and Local laws, and protect the fundamental rights of all citizens. We strive to link the latest technology, qualified personnel, and proactive policing techniques to prevent crimes to the greatest extent possible, while aggressively investigate crimes and apprehending those who commit them.
